In a recent meeting of investors and the current advisory board, current SentryPoints Chief Operating Officer and former Indiana State Senator Tom Teague, was unanimously voted into the position of Board Chairman. "I appreciate the confidence the Board and Investors of SentryPoints have demonstrated with their vote to elect me Chairman," said Tom Teague, Chairman of SentryPoints. "This is an exciting time for the company as we continue to execute our business plan to provide comprehensive, high impact and high value solutions to State and Local governments for emergency and security service operations," noted Teague. Former SentryPoints Chairman and three-term Fort Wayne Mayor, Paul Helmke, will be taking on new responsibilities in the newly established position of Director of Government Relations for the company. Helmke will also serve as a SentryPoints Board Member. "Paul's considerable experience in government coupled with his help in developing the market and solutions for SentryPoints, has provided him unique understanding of the issues facing elected officials to improve decision making, support to citizens and first responders, and protect critical infrastructure," said Tom Teague. "His tenure as President of the U.S. Conference of Mayors along with our strategic partnership with them, gives Paul incredible insight and access that he will continue to leverage as the Director of Government Relations to further the business objectives of the company."
