FourthWave, LLC and Subsidiary Companies Welcome Tim Dirig

Fort Wayne, IN - Tom Teague, President and CEO of FourthWave, LLC announced that Tim Dirig will be the new Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company.   Mr. Dirig will direct and manage FourthWave and its subsidiary companies; VersiTech, LLC, SentryPoints, LLC and MetroMetrics, LLC.

Mr. Dirig has over 24 years of experience in tax and business consulting.   He is the former Chief Operating Officer of Equity Investment Group, a private Real Estate Investment Trust that owned and managed over 15 million square feet of retail real estate in 32 states.   Prior to that, Mr. Dirig was the General Counsel of the Medical Protective Company, which was the fourth largest and oldest medical malpractice insurance company in the United States.   He was also a Tax Partner with Ernst and Young specializing in health care and real estate.

Tim Dirig's educational background includes a B.S. Degree in Accounting and a Law Degree with high honors from Indiana University and a post-graduate Law Degree in Taxation (L.L.M.) from Georgetown University.   He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Indiana CPA Society and Indiana Bar Association.
