During his 22 years as an engineer with Magnavox Electronic Systems Company, Don Willis achieved several milestones, including the acquisition of the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System Program and the development of satellite navigation systems. Willis left Magnavox in 1989 to start Command System, Inc. (CSI), which developed unique command and control software for the defense industry, concentrating on software to help provide real-time "decision support" for the decision maker, soldier, and/or manager at every level in the organizational structure. Thirteen years later, Willis sold CSI to General Dynamics, one of the nation's largest defense contractors. |

Stanley Heath, Executive Operations Manager

Stan Heath is responsible for strategic direction, client development, and coordination of operations. Prior to joining FourthWave he spent 11 years as a business consultant, most recently at IBM, providing a wide variety of private and public sector clients with support in the areas of strategy, analysis, decision making, and financial management. Before that he completed a successful career in the Army with concentrated assignments in project management, financial management, and procurement. His last four years of service was on the Secretary of the Army staff at the Pentagon. Over his career, he has more than 8 years in information systems project management and 10 years in training development and delivery. |

Tim Dirig is the former Chief Operating Officer of Equity Investment Group, a private Real Estate Investment Trust that owned and managed over 15 million square feet of retail real estate in 32 states. Prior to that, Mr. Dirig was the General Counsel of the Medical Protective Company, which was the fourth largest and oldest medical malpractice insurance company in the United States. He was also a Tax Partner with Ernst and Young specializing in health care and real estate. |

Jason Fisher, Product Development Manager

Jason Fisher is develops and coordinates strategy and marketing activities. Prior to his appointment to this position, Mr. Fisher worked for the Lincoln National Financial Group for six years in several operational and customer service call center management roles, including upgrading document imaging technologies and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Before working for Lincoln, Jason worked for Fort Wayne National Bank/National City Bank of Indiana in a variety of management positions. |
